Step 2 : Click the Spot Healing Brush Tool. See the arrow.

Step 3 : Now to open up the Spot Healing Tool Dialogue Box. Click as shown.

Step 4 : The Spot Healing Dialogue Box is open. Give the setting as shown.

Step 5 : With the Spot Healing Brush Tool selected click the blemish. A soft black spot will appear momentarily as you click.

Voila! the blemish has gone.
